here is the "changelog" of the holy update (may 15th, technically - july 3rd) since i promised it would be out by today

GENERAL CHANGES

the solarfiction channel would go down its own path again, making its own content and not really givin' a shit about cameos, collabs, etc. (although i did join some, so if i joined yours, you were luuuucky!)

in a nutshell, im trying to mind my own business and continue working on my own channel rather than helping out which is something i usually do

PROFILE PICTURE CHANGES + SYMBOL CHANGE

three changes were made; newgrounds, every solarform social media and youtube (solarfog). before july 2nd, the [cool S] would be solarfiction's only symbol, after said date; [cool S] would remain as the main solarfiction logo, although itd be much NICER if people focused on the [solarfiction holy cross] symbol more which was created by me in late may, 2025. can be seen in N.S.C's party "GOD'S CROSS"

THE SOLARFICTION TEAM (+ SOLARFICTION "RULES")

THE [SOLARFICTION TEAM] is a current so-called "WIP project" that im trying to realize into the channel, think of it as an official team that would have voice actors, animators, background artists, music composers, etc. for the channel

(first logo, will be changed once people will be able to sign-up)

it will be open for everybody soon, just gotta work on some stuff ;]

I HAVE DECIDED TO PUT SOME "RULES" INTO THE MIX ASWELL! well.. only two of them

as seen above, if you draw solarfiction-related art, you could make the character wear the "solarfiction holy cross" shirt as a sign of respect to me and the channel!

...and while talking about respect, its best you absolutely DO NOT turn the symbol upside down as upside-down crosses are usually used for satanic purposes. as a pro-christian, you can kind of tell i dont vibe with that stuff here..

in my opinion, the main existence of these rules is pretty... valid. it makes the channel stand out more, especially because i do get lots of pretty drawings from you guys.. (thanks! winky wink!)

INTRO AND OUTRO

the intro and outro for the channel would change, having its own original jingle and music (seen in "BIRDS ARE STUPID", outro in the YOUTUBE UPLOAD)

YOUTUBE EXCLUSIVES / NEWGROUNDS EXCLUSIVES

this change was made present in the update, as one video got affected; "that boy just aint right" (known for being the 4th solarfiction video), i couldnt upload it to newgrounds due to the music unfortunately, so it will remain as a YOUTUBE EXCLUSIVE for now; which means its only available on youtube. there will be such stuff like this happening, youtube exclusives, and vice-versa; newgrounds exclusives

DESCRIPTION CHANGE

before the 2nd of july, the description said; "welcome to solarfiction, where our characters die (psst, it's totally fiction, though!)". now it says; "solarfiction, God shall unite all"

this is present almost everywhere, my chirper, my forums..

solarform and solarfog had theirs changed to almost the exact same description, except they had the channels name written in the description; "solarform, God shall unite all" and "solarfog, God shall unite all"

SOLARFORUMS STAFF CHANGE

as said here, the solarforums staff team consisted mainly of me and @Pyxron, however it was changed to @Pyxron (now being an admin), @BrandonVictor and @tosop123. congrats to them!

SOLARFORUMS - SOLVANGAR CHANGES

solvangar turned into a monarchy, just like illumina; this means flags were also changed
