"rich people this, rich people that"
what about the poor and the homeless? lets talk!
so i was watching "would you rather" (pretty sure an older episode), really goated series all things considered, however one episode that i was watching was about a poor family ordering a tiny bit of food they can afford at a restaurant or something like that. it reminded me of last week, when i was with solardad at a restaurant and we saw a homeless guy. i could tell he was homeless, he had the stereotypical outfit, dude was depressed as hell, and only had a small drink in his hand that he probably paid with leftover money
now, even though my dad's problems with my mom really hurt me as a child (they split up), i was surprised that he was so eager to share a bit of food he had. i did the same thing after i split and shared my portion of the food since i usuall y order much anyway, due to the fact i cannot gain a single gram of weight. i literally have nothing to lose or to gain, really.
anyways, that made me feel satisfied, but it gave me a lot to think. these people are struggling in life, and i cant imagine being in that posit ion. my family (excluding solardad) isn't poor but it isn't lamborghini-rich either, we went through struggles just like any other person especially with the fact solarmom is a damn gigachad, taking care of me whilst only being supported by her parents.
i really hope that everyone who lives in poverty gets out of their situation quick. it aint a joke, and working on the streets is no fun
question of the day
anyways, any experience you guys had with poor people? could be anything, talking to them about life, giving them money/food, maybe making a new friend? my classmate once told the teacher he met a homeless guy jacking it on the street so thats something i guess..
