I never tried Discord myself because their ToS are so horrible. In a nutshell, everything that gets witnessed by the app becomes their intellectual property.

I wouldn't 'marry' TeamSpeak's ToS either, but it's agreeable enough to use with friends (on a private or otherwise secure server).
