no seriously, why? i was out shoppin' today with my dad for some clothes (we got many cool things after that!) and i couldnt help but notice.. this strange phenomenon

The reasons for such a thing are beyond what your mind can comprehend, and for your own well being, best you never get a hint of what it is there for
I have a two reasons why:
1. So you feel encouraged to buy everything in the store (^^)d
2. For the gooners
But dont they do the same for the dude mannequins though?
